About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage
day-to-day accounting and financial activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, receipts, and payment records.
- Perform bank and ledger reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and supporting documents.
- Assist with monthly financial closing and reporting.
- Manage employee-related financial records such as salary and reimbursement entries.
- Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Coordinate with auditors, taxation and GST filing consultants, banks, and other external stakeholders when required.
- Track expenses and maintain proper documentation.
- Prepare basic financial reports and statements as required by management.
- Ensure timely completion of accounting activities and follow internal financial procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in accounting.
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Basic knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial and employee information.
